Jafari won the silver medal and Seifi stood in the eighth place

Following the world championships, today two representatives of our country competed with their opponents.

According to the Public Relations of the Iran sport’s federation for the disabled, the 2021 World para powerlifting Championships are being hosted by Georgia, and in the 65 kg category, Amir Jafari and Ali Seifi went on the board. Jafari came in second with a record of 193 kg and won the silver medal. Seifi, another representative of our country, stood in the eighth place with a record of 175 kg.
