Hamed Amiri Broke the Paralympic Record and Won a Gold Medal

Iranian national para athletics team member, Hamed Amiri set a record of 31.35, having broken the paralympic record, bagged a gold medal in javelin throw.

2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games in javelin throw in class F45 took place in Olympics Stadium, with participation of 6 athletes, including  Hamed Amiri.Our athlete broke the paralympic record in his first attempt having thrown 31.27.

Amiri set a new world and paralympic record in his first attempt but his best record was set by his 4th attempt, 31.35 which brought him the championship and the gold medal of paralympic javelin throw competitions.
